Matt Minarik, Senior Partner, and Founder, is an entrepreneur having started three successful enterprises. Matt worked at IBM and generated hundreds of millions of dollars of opportunity for IBM software group and was IBM’s #1 Marketer for the software group two years in a row. Matt was also the national instructor for the Direct Marketing Association’s class on direct mail integration.   Matt has presented a seminar for business owners titled, “How To Generate Leads and Grow Your Business Now’ in 23 cities across the US and Canada.  Matt has a book by the same title that is available on Amazon.   Matt has many success stories including generating over $3 Billion in deposits for National City Bank.

Dean Larsen, Senior Partner and CIO, is an award winning leader alumni of a “Big Four” firm national practice. He has years of experience focused on Data Management, Risk Management, Privacy, Data Security and Data Governance. Mr. Larsen will leverage his proven track record for clients with challenges in cyber security, privacy, data management, data governance, data architecture, data design and implementing IT project execution as the technical lead. Dean Larsen has years of experience with some of the world’s most influential technology and profitable companies. He understands successful companies’ business models, methodologies and go to market strategies. Dean always hits the ground running. He has been directly responsible for millions of dollars of engagement revenues for years. He will be able to use his wealth of experience working with business executives, legal resources, managing complex regulatory and risk issues, process governance, conduct and culture to effectively solve the business problems for years to come. He views success as growing the business of a firm and building the resources to support the personal growth of his team and management in a ever changing global challenging business environment. As a world-wide published thought leader, Dean has taught many the importance the culture of an organization’s impact on technology, process and risk. James Edward, Creative Vice President, is one of the premier direct mail copywriters in the nation.  James began in direct mail fund raising where he was Creative Vice President of the Richard Viguerie Company and generated hundreds of millions of dollars for their clients’ causes.   James moved into the commercial direct mail copywriting world where his copy has sold millions of dollars in sales of products and services.

Jeff Gessler, Marketing Analytics and Business Intelligence, has been involved in market research and data analytics for over thirty years.  He has led marketing programs and analytics for companies such as The Ritz Carlton, Chase Bank, and dozens more.   Jeff has extensive work in Focus Groups and Trade Show marketing.
