Matthew Mann Minarik is the Senior Partner and Founder of Hi-Q group and holds decades of experience as a business development professional and entrepreneur. Over the course of his career, Mr. Minarik has served in a variety of capacities for healthcare, legal, software, and marketing organizations. Notably, Matt spent 6 years with IBM where he worked his way up to Business Development Manager and Sales Account Executive for IBM’s Software and PC Division. At IBM, Matthew Minarik played a vital role in generating millions of dollars’ worth of opportunity for the company and earned the distinction of IBM’s #1 Marketer for two years running.
Matthew Minarik founded Hi-Q group in 1998 with the vision of bringing effective, end-to-end consulting, marketing, and management integration solutions to IT/ tech and growth minded companies in need of assistance with their mission critical processes. Matt and his team leverage tried and true strategies to generate qualified leads for salespeople to grow their businesses and sales networks and to install Agile Operations. Under his leadership, Hi-Q has expanded to feature solutions for artificial intelligence (AI), cyber security, business communications, direct marketing, data mining, and more.
Mr. Minarik is known within the industry for his commitment to scientifically proven methodology that empowers corporations to generate qualified leads, drastically reducing closing times for sales staff and for making business operations more efficient and agile. In addition to Matthew Minarik’s professional experience, he is a proponent of volunteer work and social services for underserved individuals. Mr. Minarik has volunteered for St. Stephen Catholic Church, St. Bernadette Catholic Church, Knights of Columbus, and Maggie’s Place (now named Zelle’s home) to assist members of his community access essential resources.
